Community Classes

The Developmental Ladder’s Community Class is a relationship-based class that provides a safe and supportive environment for your child, teen, and adult to practice the foundational skills necessary for future learning and development.

  • Prior to registration, we invite you or a responsible adult and your child to join us for a free 15 minute meet and greet in order to learn about your child’s interests and abilities, so that we can place them in a class that meets their needs.

  • We select sensory-rich activities based on the information that you provided during our meet and greet, in order to nurture cognitive, social, emotional, language, and motor skills, as well as sense of self.

Our community class is appropriate for any individual who would benefit from support on Capacities 1-6 of Dr. Stanley Greenspan’s DIRFloortime Model.
